The Windows 8.1 Cyan update started its official roll out this past week to Windows Phone handsets and that means more users will be meeting Cortana, WP8.1’s official digital personal assistant, very soon.
Microsoft wants to make those introductions now as the rollout begins to show users exactly how Cortana can help them in the new update to Windows Phone.
