Update: Apparently free this is not the case:
I was wrong about Music on XboxOne: You get 15 free song plays then need Music Pass for ad-free streaming. No ad-supported streaming. Sorry!

Great news according to a post earlier today by the Xbox Official Magazine website in the UK that Xbox Live Gold Subscribers who get an Xbox One will enjoy a nice extra benefit.
Microsoft’s Albert Penello has confirmed that Gold subscribers won’t need to take out another subscription to run Xbox Music on Xbox One, though as with other streaming music services, you will have to reckon with the occasional ad.
Sounds like the free 10 hours of streaming we currently get in the Windows 8.1 Xbox Music app – not a bad deal at all.
Here is the tweet that Albert Penello sent that confirmed the free music on Xbox One:
@Artemis_Rojo yes. You don’t have to subscribe, but you will get periodic Ads.
