Microsoft is just a few weeks away from general availability of their new Edge web browser that is based on Chromium. These last few weeks have seen a lot of behind the scenes work happening on the sync engine for the browser which is still not as reliable as the one in Chrome. However, I have found a process that helps to clean sync up between Edge (Chromium) a little bit.

This week Microsoft expanded their preview program for the new Microsoft Edge browser based on Chromium with the addition of the Beta Preview Channel. In addition to the Developer and Canary channels, this finalizes all three preview channels for the company’s new browser on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and macOS.
