Welcome to Episode 283 of Observed Tech – Our Microsoft Ignite Wrap-Up Edition.

Last week was crazy busy in Orlando, Florida as Microsoft hosted 30,000 IT Professionals, managers, and executives for their massive annual tech conference – Microsoft Ignite. The sheer amount of news was enough for the companies marketing arm to create a Book of News to summarize everything that was announced during the week.

Of course, we will talk about some of those key items in this show.

I begin by catching up on our status for the Windows Insider Program and what is likely next when it comes to the release of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update in the next few weeks.

During Ignite, media and analysts received a private briefing on the un-released Surface Hub 2S and 2X. Plus, this week is the much anticipated Microsoft Hardware event in New York City on Tuesday. I will be in Manhattan to check out that event for my day job.

As always enjoy the show and thanks again for listening!
