Last year the ability to track Santa’s annual voyage around the world was introduced to new users of Windows 8 with a great Metro/Modern app.
This year tracking Santa with that app is still possible however, NORAD has updated their ability to track Santa easier on all touch based devices that use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser.
Follow Santa’s magical journey with the new NORAD Tracks Santa experience! Track Santa’s route on Bing Maps, connect with Santa via Outlook.com and Skype, and visit Santa’s Village–all powered by Azure and Internet Explorer.
With updates to the site, which take advantage of new capabilities in the latest version of Internet Explorer, the NORAD tracking site can easily be used by visitors using touch to interact with all aspects of the official http://www.noradsanta.org/ site.
Santa tracking is also fully ready for Social Media sharing as well.
