According to Microsoft’s latest info, which is on their Microsoft by the Numbers website, there are over 1 million subscribers to office 365 Home Premium alone. That number does not even include Enterprise and Small Business subscriptions.
Of course no service is without issues or the need to educate users so it is critical that good resources be available to assist customers in troubleshooting or learning about the service they are subscribed to.
The folks at the Office 365 Community site, which is already a tremendous resource, now has an online help center with some of the more common things users are looking for.
You can reach the Office 365 Help Center at http://community.office365.com/en-us/tools/helpcenter.aspx where you will find the ability to filter the results by two categories Enterprise and Small Business and then each of those can be filtered further by Admin or User.
