I am working on a post to highlight the tech news coverage of this overnight shocker that we just woke up to here in the US but wanted to get these times out to those who may be interested in following more about the deal.
Microsoft is holding an Investor Call today at 3:45 p.m. EEST/8:45 a.m. EDT. The call will be live streamed at http://www.microsoft.com/investor. Having listened to financial calls from Microsoft on this site before it is open to anyone to access.
Nokia will hold their own Investor Call at 3:00 PM EEST, which is 8:00 AM Eastern Time here in the US, so this call happens before Microsoft holds theirs. The call can be accessed at http://investors.nokia.com and does require that you provide your full name and email address to access it. It does not appear to have any restrictions but I have also never listened to a call from their site.
