When Windows 8 was released it featured a group of built in apps and some of those used key Bing related information including the News, Sports, Finances and Weather apps.
The apps accessed the vast collection of information that Bing has available in these areas and really showed off the Metro/Modern interface.
Over on Windows Phone the default search on theses devices is of course Bing however, none of these Windows 8 built in apps were on the platform.
That all changes today as the Bing App team has released apps for Windows Phone 8 users.
