I have poked my head into the Living Social website on occasion and usually find that I have missed a pretty good deal and of course there is no way to go back in time to get it either.
Now that is OK as the rules are the rules and when a deal sells out it is done and over with.
In order to see those deals daily a visit to the website or an email is necessary but that is now a thing of the past thanks to a new official Living Social app that has been released for Windows Phone 8 users.
The app can use your location automatically (opt in) and present you deals for your current location even when you are traveling.
It also can integrate with the lock screen to show you those daily deals at a glance and there is no need to print out the offers – you can just show them to the business on your phone. Once you have grabbed a deal you can share it via social media with family and friends.
