This past week Microsoft’s Citizenship division released an app for Windows Phone, iOS and Android that will help you communicate to family and friends during a state of emergency such as natural disasters, severe storms and other major emergencies.
In the video below Ben Rudolph talks with James Rooney whose team built this app and they give a brief explanation on how to use it.
