Update: According to some folks on Twitter these notes appear to be from the last update to this app so I am now unsure what was updated in today’s new version. Hopefully, we will see some better release notes in the future.
The built in Mail, Calendar, People and Messaging app in Windows 8 has an update sitting in the Windows Store today.
According to the release notes here are the improvements with this update:
- Group email messages by conversation to keep your inbox organized.
- Respond to meeting invitations directly from your inbox.
- Get things done more quickly with faster performance in all apps.
- Experience better reliability and usability based on feedback from customers like you.
Conversation view and performance enhancements will be very welcomed!
