Here is another exclusive for you: Citrix has joined the Metro Bandwagon! A few months back, I broke the news that Splashtop, the app that allows you to browse Windows 8 on OSX and iOS platform is also now available for Windows 8. Now Citrix has decided that they are not going to be left out of the game and has released their first Windows 8 Metro app in the Store called Citrix Receiver.
The name says it all, the App is a stream receiver for the Citrix Remote Desktop platform. This app is obviously meant for the Enterprise users who need to have their company apps and desktop on the go.
