It is not possible to have a Patch Tuesday happen any earlier in a given month which is why I was caught off guard when the advance notice for this month’s security updates hit my inbox yesterday.

This month is a fairly average month based on the numbers.  The series of updates cover seven bulletins with three listed as Critical and the other four as Important

Microsoft will release the full details and update the bulletins once the updates are available for download which is typically around 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Patch Tuesday.
