If you have recently made the move to Office 2010 from a previous version of Office or are thinking about it one great way to evaluate the upgrade is to figure out the training costs associated with that process.

Microsoft has made a series of training kits available for free download that will help you provide the end user training at your organization.  You can even use these kits to learn on your own about the new versions of the Office programs right from your home.

Microsoft has developed the Office 2010 End User Training Kit to support your ongoing end user training efforts. This training content is relevant for end users across all sizes in the United States. This valuable training content was developed to enable companies of all sizes and industries to deliver simple and cost-effective (free) training to end users.

The training content includes a script for the individual delivering the training, a powerpoint slide deck to accompany the script, and also demo files to demonstrate the various features of each Office 2010 application. Additionally, we have included a recording of our expert training who developed this training content actually delivering the training himself in order to make it even easier for you to quickly get up to speed to be able to deliver the training to your own organization.

Additionally, Microsoft hosts ongoing live webcasts twice per month for organizations who prefer to attend live trainings hosted by an expert Microsoft trainer. Click here for details on live and on-demand training for Office 2010.
