According to a tweet from Xbox Live’s Major Nelson, otherwise known as Larry Hyrb, the September numbers are out from the NPD group and they once again are very good for Xbox 360:

Every month of 2011 the Xbox 360 has been leading all other console sales. Wasn’t the Xbox labeled a cash cow at one point?
This trend is likely to continue for the foreseeable future as they will be adding an extensive TV lineup to the gaming and entertainment console this fall which was announced last week by Microsoft.
