One of the finer examples of providing customer service and support via Twitter is the team at @XboxSupport – otherwise known as the Elite Tweet Fleet.
11 members make up this team and they provide support 15 hours a day during the week (6AM to 9PM PST) and for 8 hours each day on the weekends (12PM to 8PM PST). They are so good at what they do that the Guinness Book of World Records named them the Most Responsive Brand on Twitter.
Well the support team is now going to be your competitor for a Community Playdate on Xbox Live starting at 8PM EST tonight and playing the game Crackdown 2.
