If your looking for a handy tool to track the data moving across your network then you should check out Microsoft’s Network Monitor.  This free program and recent download is an update that brings the program up to version 3.4.

Network Monitor 3 is a complete overhaul of the earlier Network Monitor 2.x version. Some key features of Network Monitor 3 include the following:
