The news on this is flying around the world from COMPUTEX 2010 which is taking place in Taipei, Taiwan at the moment.

I am obviously not present for the event but there is a lot of info out there already including pictures, videos and demos so let me just list some of the resources that I have found for the info:
- Asus and MSI Unveil an Onslaught of Tablets (Mashable)
- Asus Packs Computex with Eee Pads (Gearlog)
- Asus Eee Pad runs Microsoft Windows 7 (TechRadar)
- ASUS announces Eee Pad, features Windows 7 and 10 hour battery life (Neowin)
The dock/keyboard combo is very slick – when can I get one of these? Apparently not until first quarter of 2011. Oh well plenty to time to get ready for it.
If I come across any more news about this I will update this page.
So are you excited about the prospect of a Windows 7 based tablet?
