As we reported in a previous article last month, Halo 2 is no longer supported for online play on Xbox Live. This was done so the Xbox Live platform can move forward without network limitations from the past.
There were a handful of people who until just hours ago were still able to play Halo 2 on Xbox Live because they never turned there Xbox off and kept Halo 2 running. Microsoft promised they would not officially shut down the service until the last game was finished.
Well that time has come and a special shout out to the gamer with gamertag, APACHE N4SIR, as being the last person to ever play Halo 2.
