The Ambassador Program is here to not only recognize the "most helpful of the helpful", but to provide a reliable source of community members that volunteer to help answer questions and play games with anyone that is up for a good clean multiplayer match.
Keep in mind Xbox Ambassadors are there to be a help and resource so you have the best gaming experience. I have had to great pleasure of being an Ambassador for the last few years.
