Since the story broke about the data issue on the Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone and the refund offer I have been keeping an eye on the comments on the original blog post from Nokia at their Conversations Blog.

One commenter asked the question on how this refund process would work for those who bought the phone at no contract/no commitment pricing which was around $450 for the Nokia Lumia 900 handset.

Phil at Nokia, who is the Nokia Head of Social Media according to his personal website, has been answering some of the comments and posted the following reply:

So that means even those who bought the phone out right will receive the $100 credit as long as their cellular carrier is AT&T.
