Gaming on your Windows 10 PC just got a big library upgrade if you are a subscriber to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC.

More than 70 games are now available on PC from EA as part of the integration of the company’s EA Play game subscription into Xbox Game Pass.

This includes well known titles such as:

  • Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
  • FIFA 20
  • Titanfall 2
  • Need for Speed Heat
  • Battlefield
  • Madden NFL
  • Command & Conquer
  • The Sims

In addition to the extensive library of games for PC, these benefits are part of EA Play on PC for Xbox Game Pass members:

  • Rewards for various EA games
  • Unique and exclusive challenges and rewards in game
  • Member-only content
  • Discounts on EA digital purchases via the EA Desktop app beta

If you were previously subscribed to EA Play on console, you know about the 10-hours of playing time with trials of some popular EA games about to be released such as the FIFA, Madden, and NBA Live franchises.

On Day 1, which was yesterday, the recently released Star Wars: Squadrons is immediately available for play for Xbox Game Pass subscribers on PC via EA Play and on consoles.

In my experience as an EA Play subscriber over the last few years, recently released titles typically land on EA Play sometime in their first year after release. Some titles make that move sooner in that 12-month period compared to other titles. Ultimately, it just all depends.

Bottom line is that an extensive new library of games is available as of this week for anyone currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC. That makes for plenty of options to get started with this terrific addition to Xbox gaming.

Getting Started with EA Play on PC is extremely easy. Just open the Xbox app on your Windows 10 desktop (see the screenshots below) and you will see an entry for EA Play on PC with a link to get started with the installation.

Enjoy your gaming!
