Welcome to Episode 291 of Observed Tech.
Great to be back behind the mike after some downtime and so we catch up on a lot of news both from this past week and a few items from the week before that are of note. Plenty happening in the Windows Insider world including a new build for testers and a cumulative update with fixes for the October 2018 Update. In addition, we have a handful of app related updates to mention plus Microsoft’s rise to being the most valuable U.S. based company based on their market cap.
We also learned about the latest efforts by Microsoft to shutdown those phone tech support scammers that are always trying to get into your system, the latest in passwordless access to your Microsoft Account and services, and Intel’s move to Modern Drivers.
Of course, we have a lot of other items throughout the show on subjects ranging from the latest with Amazon after their re:Invent conference this past week including Skype calling and Apple Music on Alexa enabled devices, the companies big shopping days on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, plus a new tool to help you buy compatible PC components.
Just be sure to listen all the way until the end so you catch everything. As always enjoy the show and thanks again for listening!
