Building Apps for Windows Phone 8.1 Jumpstart – While this training is driven from the perspective of developers who are targeting Windows Phone first, all of this material is delivered with an eye towards building universal Windows apps that can be targeted for delivery on Windows tablets, laptops and PCs as well. This is a 16 hour, 23 module set of training resources, designed to provide current developers everything needed to build apps leveraging all of the most important developer scenarios on Windows Phone.
