Microsoft says it’s working on a fix for “color space” issues with some Xbox 360 video apps. The issue apparently has been around since the recent update to the Xbox Live Dashboard.
The ‘Metro’ dashboard is said to force video content to run at limited range RGB levels, resulting in washed out colors, with blacks becoming grey.
Major Nelson confirmed via Twitter that Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
