It is the end of the week prior to Microsoft’s monthly security related Patch Tuesday, which is always the second Tuesday of the month, and the November 2011 advance notification has been published at the Microsoft Security TechCenter.
This month there are four bulletins with one labeled Critical, two labeled Important and the last one considered of Moderate severity and all of them impact Microsoft Windows operating system.
The specific versions that will get updates on Tuesday are:

- Windows XP Professional x64 with Service Pack 2
- Windows Vista with Service Pack 2
- Windows Vista x64 with Service Pack 2
- Windows 7
- Windows 7 with Service Pack 1
- Windows 7 x64
- Windows 7 x64 with Service Pack 1
- Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2
- Windows Server 2003 x64 with Service Pack 2
- Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 for Itanium Systems
- Windows Server 2008 with Service Pack 2
- Windows Server 2008 x64 with Service Pack 2
- Windows Server 2008 with Service Pack 2 for Itanium Systems
- Windows Server 2008 R2 x64
- Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 with Service Pack 1
- Windows Server 2008 R2 for Itanium Systems
- Windows Server 2008 R2 for Itanium Systems with Service pack 1
