The founder and Co-CEO of Research in Motion (RIM), Mike Lazaridis, has taken to YouTube to post an apology for the worldwide outages that have plagued the mobile services provider this past week.
The 1:40 second long apology states that they are working tirelessly to restore services but can not give an estimation for when complete service will return. The video looks scripted and comes days after the outages started.
