With over half a billion users world wide it certainly seems to be something we are quite engrossed in. Obsession might be a strong word but I am sure there users who are actually obsessed with being on Facebook.
We have certainly heard our share of news stories that involve Facebook and it being a distraction for someone in some very serious situations.
Bottom line is too much of anything is bad – so moderation is important.
