Would you like an opportunity to try out the fall update to your Xbox 360 console before the public release?
Well here is your chance – just head to the https://connect.microsoft.com/XboxLIVEUpdate page on Microsoft Connect and sign up.
There is a short survey and then you will need to provide your Xbox 360 consoles serial number, Console ID and your GamerTag. Make sure those are accurate because that is how they add you to the allowed group for the fall preview and authorize your Xbox 360 to participate.
Some additional details from @MajorNelson:
- We’re looking for multiple thousands of participants, so your chances of making it in are good.
- This is not for Kinect. You will not be receiving a Kinect sensor if you are chosen to participate.
- This opportunity is open to all Xbox LIVE Members in regions where Xbox LIVE is available.
- To avoid any problems, read the survey carefully and double check all the information your provide.
- While both Xbox LIVE Gold and Silver members can sign up, Priority will be given to Gold members in the selection process.
I just signed up and was given immediate active status so now it is just time to wait.
