We interrupt our regularly scheduled tour around the world from the UK Windows Personalization Gallery to bring you this breaking news about a new theme just released by the folks at Microsoft.  We will of course continue the world tour tomorrow.

One of the features for Windows 7 themes is the ability to subscribe to a RSS feed that has photos attached to it and make that your Windows 7 Theme.  In the past a few people have tried this with the backgrounds that grace the Bing search engine but the pictures that are available from that feed are small resolutions and never looked good stretched out on a monitor.

Well the folks at Microsoft and Bing have combined to bring a theme to you that not only grabs the background photo from Bing but it brings it in a 1920 x 1200 resolution which should work great on most monitors out there.

Here are some of the examples they already have available in the feed:

Cheetah and cubs in the Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya Whitsunday Islands, Queensland, Australia A creek in a valley by Landmannalaugar, Iceland
SwissNatlDay1920x12008-9-2010%202_53_43%20PM   Geothermal landscape and volcanic caldera, Kuril Islands, Sakhalin Oblast, Russia

These pictures at that 1920 x 1200 resolution look absolutely awesome.  You really need to grab this and enjoy the beauty around the world delivered right to your desktop.
