As I was looking over the most recent downloads at the Microsoft Download Center I came across a new version of the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor dated 31 March 2010 and listed as version 2.0.4000.0.
I am not sure what has changed between this update and the last release of this upgrade advisor back in November of 2009 as there is not type of changelog, etc.
As a reminder, the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor:
