Well let’s do the math on this pre-order bundle that Walmart is now offering on the Kinect for Xbox 360 until the 23rd of July.
1 each Kinect for Xbox 360 – $149.99
1 each your choice of a release game for Kinect – $59.96
Total of $209.95 and sold for $199. So that is a savings of $10.95 cents. Good start to the savings.
Now add the bonus offer to receive a $30.00 Walmart electronic gift card with this pre-order deal makes total cost $180.92 which includes .97 cents for shipping.
That looks like a plus in your pocket of $39.98 after the purchase is made. Yep – that sounds like a deal to me.
It must seem like a deal to many others as well because here is what I get when I click on the link to do pre-order the package:
Hopefully, Walmart will get this back up and running soon. Unless of course they plan to pull the deal like GameStop did with their trade in deal for the new Xbox 360 when it got a huge response.
Update: As of 5:30 PM EDT the offer is working at the Walmart website.
