I am not sure why this is just appearing on the UK Bing site but it will work on your Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP with SP2 installed no matter what country you live in.
This screensaver highlights some of the best photo backgrounds used on the Bing.com homepage.
This screen saver is in addition to previous Bing themes that have been provided by Microsoft on their Windows personalization page:
