In the world of #WindowsInsiders builds, the year 2020 is coming to an end so we take a look at the latest updates around the pre-release builds for Windows 10 in the month of December. We also take a glimpse at all of 2020 with some stats around the number of releases that have shipped for testing this year.

Following the release of Windows 10 (Version 20H2) in October, the pre-releases for #WindowsInsiders in November focused on fixes and servicing pipleline test builds. Expect that to change once development begins again in earnest in the new year following the normal December slowdown for the Windows team.

October was a busy month for the #WindowsInsider Program and so we take a look back at all the builds this past month. This includes a review of the new features and enhancements that were made available plus the changes we saw in each development channel as Windows 10 (Version 20H2) was made available to seekers.

We take a look at the three #WindowsInsiders Program development channels, the new builds which have been released over the last month, plus we review what will be happening with these channels as Windows 10 (Version 20H2) is released to production.

In the second month of having designated channels for the flighting of Windows 10 test builds for the Windows Insiders Program, we are seeing a lot of consistency in the process for the Developer, Beta, and Release Preview channels. Here is a summary of the last month worth of updates.
