Some interesting stats from the Building Windows 8 team via their @BuildWindows8 twitter account today.
Maybe this is going to start to be a trend with the @BuildWindows8 Twitter account of sharing these stats with us on the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. If you look back in their timeline to the morning of 18 April 2012 you will find this other tidbit of data:
So not only is the Consumer Preview exceeding the worldwide usage that Windows 7 had during its beta run but apps on the Windows 8 CP have been run over 9 million times – and those are unique runs – like website visitors – unique is way better!
I wonder how many downloads of the Windows 8 Consumer Preview have happened so far? Anyone know or heard?
