These times are Eastern Standard Time so you will have to calculate your time based on that. Redmond is 3 hours behind EST for reference.
Bottom line is that Windows 7 will be out sometime today – I just picked 0001 to calculate things from.
The Time zone of redmond is -8.
In Italy should be available 48 minuts ago, but will be available between 20 minut.
You have wrong the Time Zone.
