Welcome to Episode 67 and the Compromised and Confused Product Show! This is our special Windows 8 Launch episode of the PODCAST and we bring in all kinds of news items to give you a Windows 8 fix. Today the world gets to see Windows 8 in a much more personal way by upgrading their existing computers or purchasing new ones including the Microsoft Surface with Windows RT. I run over some of the key takeaways from yesterday’s Windows 8 Launch keynote and the Surface Demo session we were presented at NYC’s Pier 57. You can even see pictures from the day in the gallery below. We discuss your upgrade process; how to get Windows Media Center for free; the number of paid app installations you are allowed across multiple machines; keeping up with Windows Store Apps; the support network that is already available for users of Windows 8 and Microsoft Surface RT and a few other tricks and treats. If you are new to Windows 8 and have a question please contact us here or via Twitter (@WinObs) and we will do what we can to get you an answer to your question. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
