Yes – you read that correctly. Apple now has an iCloud app in the Microsoft Store on Windows 10. The app and associated services gives iCloud users direct access to their cloud storage in Apple’s service in much the same way OneDrive is integrated into the operating system.

Reserved Storage was added to Windows 10 (19H1) before Build 18312 was released last week. The latest Windows Insiders build, 18317, was released this week and I decided to take look at how much space was now being used by the new feature compared to its initial implementation.

Microsoft is adding Reserved Storage to the latest builds of Windows 10 (19H1) to provide a safeguard for end users when they are installing major feature update upgrades to their devices. This reserved disk space should help prevent upgrade errors relating to a lack of available storage space.
