Welcome to episode 256 of Observed Tech.

This episode gets is heading back into our weekly  schedule of shows and has plenty of news across a broad range of subjects.

To start things off I talk about my viewing experience last week as I watched SpaceX launch their Falcon Heavy rocket with a red Tesla roadster in it from Cocoa Beach. Also, the experience of seeing not just one but two boosters land just six miles away from my viewing spot was top notch and spectacular.

Once we get the spacey stuff out of the way, I returned to talking about the latest with Windows 10 Redstone 4 as we approach the final few weeks of public development builds for this fifth feature update which is expected to be near completion in March 2018. Fully expecting to see it pushed out to the initial release audience on 10 April 2018 which is Patch Tuesday.

A lot of updates were in the latest Redstone 4 release to Windows Insiders Build 17093 along with more than 50 documented fixes and a laundry list of about 25 or so know issues. That lists should start shrinking over the next couple of builds.

BUILD 2018 dates have been confirmed for this May in Seattle, the Resume Assistant for Word is now generally available, and Windows developers got some new goodies this week as well.

Of course, there are other news headlines throughout the show so be sure to listen all the way until the end and not miss anything.

As always enjoy the show and thanks again for listening!
