Earlier this week I posted about a Windows 7 Features Guide that Microsoft provided on their Download Center to help increase new Windows 7 users awareness of  how Windows 7 is different to previous version of the Windows OS.

I posited that Microsoft had many users move from Windows XP to Windows 7 and therefore it was an important thing to help them become aware of those new features as they were transitioning to the OS.

Now Microsoft has looped in those users who opted to move straight to Windows 8.1 by providing a quick resource guide to the latest version of their flagship OS.

This one page document is intended to get users started as they begin learning how to use Windows 8.1 through touch, mouse and keyboard.
