It seems as if Twitter has quieted down a lot since 7 AM this morning when Windows 8.1 RTM hit the Windows Store on the East coast of the US and around most of the globe.
I posted several items about the upgrade process including a tip to force the update in the Store, the post Windows 8.1 updates on Windows Update (x86/x64 and RT) and my own upgrade experience on Surface RT.
