Since next Tuesday is Microsoft’s monthly Patch Tuesday for security related issues the advance notice bulletin has been released this week to give everyone a heads up on what is to be patched.
As is the norm, more details will be released on Patch Tuesday with the specific vulnerabilities that are being addressed with these patches.
This month’s updates will cover the following consumer software:
- Windows XP with SP2 and SP3
- Windows XP Professional 64-bit with SP2
- Windows 7 for 32-bit and 64-bit
- Office XP with SP3
- Office 2003 with SP3
- 2007 Microsoft Office System Service Pack 1 and 2007 Microsoft Office System Service Pack 2
