New IE Icon Behavior on Taskbar in Windows 7 Build 7068 And Beyond?

I was just watching my Twitter Stream and saw this posting and had to write about it because I think this is a significant change to the default behavior in Windows 7 and for me personally a welcome one if it sticks in the final release.

Windows Live Essentials Beta Released
