The Value of Windows 7 Backup and Restore

I am often called on by friends to work on their PC’s and I recently did an overhaul of a friends Dell Dimension E510.  They were running Windows XP on it but asked for the Windows 7 Release Candidate to learn the system since they had ordered the Windows 7 . . .
