More changes are occurring at Microsoft as they are on the verge of releasing the Consumer Preview of Windows 8 next week.  This one brings together the control and updating of your online service accounts and billing management with Microsoft.

Here is what the log in page looks like at the new account center:

As you log into the site with your Windows Live ID you are presented with a combined listing of your recent transactions and subscriptions.  You can click on each of them to get even more detail about those items.  There are also Profile, Payment Options and Help tabs.

Interestingly enough the tabs have that metro look to them as well.

It is a very clean interface and a huge improvement over the old billing site.
