Here is a handy tip if you ever need to open a command window to do some command line work on your Windows machine.
While browsing in Windows Explorer just hold down the SHIFT key and then RIGHT click on the directory you want opened in the command prompt window.
Click on the Open in command window here entry and you will get your command prompt window as shown below.
