I know I have seen the job mentioned in numerous Twitter and Facebook profiles along with mentions in Tweets and status updates but what exactly is the job description for a Social Media Manager anyway?

Well this infographic lays out an idea of what a Social Media Managers day might look like – looks pretty crazy to me.
