The video discusses:

  • Backup considerations and options
  • Preparing hard drives and partitions
  • Capturing Windows XP data and settings with the Windows Easy Transfer Tool
  • Installing Windows 7
  • Restoring captured data and settings with the Windows Easy Transfer Tool Confirming settings.
