Twitter Homepage Changes Layout

I just got back home and was catching up with stuff when I browsed to my Twitter homepage via the web and noticed a new layout that has been pushed out.

newtwitterlayout

Main changes I am seeing:

    • Setting and Profile links have moved back up to main menu bar
    • Trending Topics have now been placed on the lower right hand side of the screen
    • Search window has moved to just above the Trending Topics and below your main shortcuts to Home; Mentions; Direct Messages and Favorites
    • Everything is no longer in a bold font except your numbers for following; followers and updates. When you are on a certain tab that tab name is bolded to show you where your at.

I wonder if this is a test or a permanent change?  Personally I like it.  How about you?

Craig – thanks for the comment. I totally agree – very sharp looking pages. I wonder if this will roll to everyone soon?

Yeah, I love it. Definitely aesthetically-pleasing changes. Twitter is right on the money here.
